I took a step back in this video to try and explain the difference between Business Analyst (BA) and a Financial Business Analyst (FBA). This video was after watching my video on a day in a life of a Senior Financial Business Analyst. The differences are as follows;
01. BA is key in developing a business case document that is needed in project management. FBA is the key person to help build financial reports needed mostly in finance departments.
02. BA is part of the Information technology & project management team. FBA is needed most in the finance department. FBA is like Finance MIS Analyst and Financial Officer capabilities combined.
