Leading 39-32, Colonia (6-0) extended its lead with a 19-4 third quarter.
Nashaelah Hooker recorded a 16-point, 14-rebound double-double for Colonia. Samantha Howell scored 12 points, collected four rebounds, tallied five assists and blocked three shots.
Mariel Ruiz scored a game-high 27 points for Kearny (3-1) and tallied nine rebounds. Makayla David had 12 points with four rebounds.
