At $250,000, the single-family house located at 399 Fries Mill Road, Franklinville, offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in December. This property, built in 1945, sits on a 1.3-acre lot. The deal was finalized on Dec. 3.
2. $248K
In December, a condominium located at 100 Aura Road, Apt. 214, Clayton, changed ownership. The property, covering 1,000 square feet, was built in 2006 and was sold for $248,000, which calculates to $248 per square foot. The transaction was completed on Dec. 2.
3. $245K
This condominium underwent a change of ownership in December. Located at 1137 Tristram Circle, Mantua, the home spans 1,270 square feet and was sold for $245,000, or $193 per square foot. It was built in 1990. The deal was closed on Dec. 2.

Situated at 1921 Janvier Road, Williamstown, this single-family home, was sold in December for a price of $240,000, translating to $221 per square foot. The property, constructed in 1940, offers a living area of 1,088 square feet and sits on a 4.7-acre lot. The deal was closed on Dec. 2.

For a price tag of $238,000 ($145 per square foot), the single-family residence, built in 1979 and located at 55 Adams Street, Swedesboro, changed hands in December. The home spans 1,636 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 3,480-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Dec. 2.
