Thrive Charter led 37-31 at halftime and outscored Trenton 17-8 in the third quarter, extending its lead to 54-39 heading into the fourth quarter.
Javion Cesar-Jones contributed 16 points and Tyler Hammond finished with 15 points, including three 3-pointers.
Thrive Charter (11-2) will host Medford Tech on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Trenton (9-4) had its five-game winning streak snapped and will host Princeton on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
