For a price tag of $930,000 ($133 per square foot), the single-family residence, built in 1927 and located at 54 Vermont Ave., Unit 56, Newark, changed hands in November. At $900,000 ($587 per square foot), the single-family house located at 26 Union Ave., Maplewood, offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in November. The deal was closed on Dec. 26, 2025.

Situated at 164 N. Clinton Street, East Orange, this single-family home, was sold in November for a price of $860,000, translating to $306 per square foot. The property, constructed in 1925, offers a living area of 2,809 square feet and sits on a 3,977-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Dec. 30, 2025.
