Kelsey Walter (above), who has worked at Greene's Beans Café for 20 years, officially took over the business six months ago from founders David and Brian Greene. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held at the Hackettstown location on Feb. 28, celebrating the business, once veteran-owned, now woman-owned.
