CorpGov will host the second Princeton CorpGov Forum on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at The Nassau Inn in Princeton, New Jersey. The forum will feature an afternoon of panels, firesides and networking, followed by a networking reception with cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
The event will be digitized into a report published on CorpGov and content partners Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg Terminals, Reuters via LSEG Workspace, and AlphaSense, filmed in 4K with professional editing.
We invite institutional investors, corporate executives, and Princeton alumni/students to attend the event and they may REGISTER HERE. For information on being a speaker, please email Editor@CorpGov.com.
The event follows the first Princeton CorpGov Forum, hosted together with NYSE and Goldman Sachs in May at The Nassau Inn in Princeton, New Jersey. The event featured over a hundred institutional investors, corporate executives, and Princeton alumni/students in an afternoon of panels, firesides and networking.
The Princeton Forum also comes after the 5th Annual Palm Beach CorpGov Forum to be held on Wednesday, Nov. 5 and Thursday, Nov. 6, featuring an array of speakers from the worlds of corporate governance, activism, IPOs, private equity and venture capital. We will welcome keynote speaker Josh Frank, Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Wall Street legend Nelson Peltz’s Trian Fund Management. He’ll be joined by other newsmakers including Daphna Edwards Ziman, who led the Project Rise effort to buy Paramount Global, now Paramount Skydance Corp., which itself is attempting to buy Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (Nasdaq: WBD) along with Andrew Keys, Co-Founder and Chairman of The Ether Machine (Nasdaq: ETHM).
