Allegiant continues its rapid expansion at Atlantic City International Airport. The airline launched a new nonstop route to Myrtle Beach Feb. 17. The trip from ACY arrives with introductory one-way fares as low as $49.
The service between Atlantic City and Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) begins May 21, 2026.
“We’re excited to see Allegiant add service to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina,” said South Jersey Transportation Authority Executive Director Stephen Dougherty. “For our passengers, this opens the door to a classic getaway with 60 miles of beaches, headline attractions like the SkyWheel, and a destination that’s known by many as the Golf Capital of the World.
“For our region, it means more easy, affordable access to one of the East Coast’s most popular vacation spots.”
The Myrtle Beach announcement follows Allegiant’s recent rollout of multiple Florida routes from Atlantic City. In February, it also introduced service to Punta Gorda as well as St. Pete-Clearwater. The airline launched Fort Lauderdale and Orlando/Sanford flights in December.
The additions mark a steady buildout of low-cost, nonstop vacation options for South Jersey travelers.
Airline officials said the Myrtle Beach route reflects strong demand for affordable leisure travel. It also expands access to one of the East Coast’s most popular beach destinations.
“We’re thrilled to continue Allegiant’s growth in Atlantic City by adding this new route,” said Allegiant Chief Commercial Officer Drew Wells. “Our mission has always been to connect travelers to world-class destinations at an affordable price. This addition will provide a convenient option for leisure travelers and reflects our commitment to expanding service where demand is strong.
“As we grow, we remain focused on delivering the most value to our customers.”
Travelers must purchase introductory $49 fares by Feb. 18, 2026, for travel through November 2026. Seats are limited and restrictions apply.
