Annie Conover made 13-of-15 foul shots to lead all scorers with 25 points, while also adding six rebounds, as New Providence, No. 7 in the NJ.com Top 20, defeated Plainfield, 60-53, in Plainfield.
Haley Kessler had 13 points, five rebounds and five assists for New Providence (12-0).
Imani Mullings paced Plainfield (6-7) with 18 points, five assists, four rebounds and four steals. Sarae Croley-Battle added 15 points and eight rebounds.
