The “Best Stinkin’ Party in South Florida” made a high-profile return to its original home at Old School Square this weekend for the 27th annual Delray Beach Garlic Fest. While the event celebrated its roots with a variety of garlic-infused gourmet treats and live performances, the weekend also served as a tribute to late festival co-founder Nancy Stewart-Franczak and the original “Mr. Garlic,” Tom Johnston.
