LSU head coach Lane Kiffin had some fun with the Tigers’ activity in the transfer portal on social media.
After one reporter playfully wrote to Kiffin that he was “getting real sick of your s–t” since he was unable to finish writing about LSU’s transfer additions as more were getting announced, Kiffin jokingly apologized.
On3’s Hayes Fawcett reported that the Tigers landed safety Faheem Delane as well as offensive linemen Devin Harper and Sean Thompkins in the transfer portal on Friday.
LSU currently owns the No. 1 transfer portal class in the country with 33 commits, per 247Sports. This includes former Arizona State quarterback Sam Leavitt, who’s expected to immediately start under center with the Tigers.
Kiffin is entering his first year as head coach of LSU, as the Tigers handed him a seven-year deal worth $91 million to leave Ole Miss on Nov. 30.
LSU finished with a 7-6 record in 2025 and is looking to improve under Kiffin, who helped the Rebels compile a 55-19 mark during his tenure at the school.
