A nearly 50,000-square-foot office building in Manalapan has sold for $4.3 million in a deal facilitated through an online auction platform.
Marc Shein, senior vice president at NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co., arranged the sale of the 49,000-square-foot building designed for multiple tenants, according to a statement.
East Windsor-based TFE Properties purchased the property.
Shein represented the seller in the transaction, the same client he worked with nearly 25 years ago when they originally acquired the building.
Built in 1986, the property includes an elevator, training and conference facilities, and a lower level with additional offices and storage space.
The building also offers four parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. The two-story property was about 60% leased at the time of sale.
The deal was completed using TenX, a commercial real estate auction platform.
