An out-of-conference game between Manalapan and South Brunswick at the ProSkate Arena in Monmouth Junction ended in a 1-1 tie.
Manalapan’s Paul Di’Agostino opened the scoring just over two minutes into the contest. Luca Mannino and Robert Frontera were credited with assists.
South Brunswick’s goal didn’t come until late in the third period, when Benjamin Bliziniak scored his 14th of the season. Matt DePalma and Michael DelPrete had the assists.
Manalapan chose to play three goalies in the game. They combined to stop 28 shots, with 13 saves from Maya Sturm leading the way.
Tristan Muniz recorded 32 saves for South Brunswick. The Vikings are 12-8-1.
