No Room For Love,” an uproarious and poignant new feature about family, ambition, and the everyday chaos of life inside a tiny apartment, will celebrate its World Premiere at the 2026 edition of the Cinequest Film & Creativity Festival on March 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
The screening will take place at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Mountain View (2575 California St Suite 99, Mountain View, CA 94040), as part of one of the United States’ most prestigious showcases for independent cinema.
Directed with warmth and sharp comedic timing by Randal & Malou Kamradt, “No Room For Love” follows the Santiagos, a tightly knit Filipino American family of seven squeezed into a small Los Angeles apartment. Over the course of a turbulent year — spanning spring’s isolation, summer betrayals, a disastrous fall party, and a looming winter eviction — the family chases elusive showbiz dreams while confronting poverty, misfortune, and the emotional friction that comes with living too close for comfort.
The result is a heartfelt comedy that celebrates big dreams in small spaces, and the resilience of artists who refuse to surrender to circumstance.
