Dillon Stepnowski broke a 2-2 tie in the second period and Passaic Tech went on to beat Lakeland-Hawthorne-Waldwich 7-2 at the Ice Vault Arena in Wayne.

Brayden Schamble had two goals and two assists and Brian Fox also lit the lamp twice for the Bulldogs (5-6), who tied a season-high for goals.

Stepnowski added three assists.

Noah Seveland and Joey Andriulli scored for Lakeland (1-9).
