Mike Simborski scored a game-high 26 points to lead Montgomery, No. 10 in the NJ.com Top 20, to a convincing 64-38 victory over Hunterdon Central in Skillman.
Simborski was nearly unstoppable, connecting on seven two-pointers and four three-pointers. Sebastian Kyler added 11 points including three shots from beyond the arc, while James Kamara contributed 10 points for Montgomery.
The Cougars (20-3) dominated from the opening tip, building a commanding 21-7 lead after the first quarter and extending it to 39-9 by halftime.
Stephen Hiaman De La Cruz led Hunterdon Central (10-14) with 10 points, including two three-pointers. Owen Landi added eight points with two three-pointers of his own.
