For a price tag of $475,000 ($234 per square foot), the single-family home, built in 1962 and located at 537 Clems Run, Mullica Hill, changed hands in January. The house spans 2,034 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 1.9-acre lot. The transaction was completed on Jan. 26.

Situated at 638 Mills Lane, Williamstown, this single-family house, was sold in January for a price of $475,000, translating to $208 per square foot. The property, constructed in 2000, offers a living area of 2,284 square feet and sits on a 10,620-square-foot lot. The deal was closed on Jan. 13.

At $475,000 ($202 per square foot), the single-family home located at 1017 Hancock Drive, Blackwood, offered another opportunity below the targeted price range when it changed hands in January. The property sits on a lot measuring a 12,650-square-foot, and it was built in 1959. The transaction was completed on Jan. 21.
