The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce‘s ReNew Jersey Business Summit & Expo returns to Harrah’s Atlantic City March 31 and April 1. A premier business event in the state, it brings together a high-powered cross-section of New Jersey’s business, government and institutional leadership for two days focused on competitiveness, growth and opportunity.
The event hits this year as part of the Chamber’s rotation with its signature Walk to Washington, held in 2025. NJCC alternates annually between the two marquee gatherings.
The annual summit is expected to draw more than 900 attendees. It will feature roughly 50 speakers, 15 sessions and more than 100 exhibitors, alongside an all-day business expo and multiple networking opportunities, including a March 31 evening reception and an April 1 breakfast program. Programming will center on key issues shaping New Jersey’s economic future, especially with a new administration in Trenton.
“The goal of the Summit is to inspire business leaders, examine how to leverage New Jersey’s strengths, and explore strategies to make the state’s business climate even more competitive — particularly under the new Sherrill administration,” said Tom Bracken, president and CEO of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
Big names, big ideas
Headlining this year’s event are Gov. Mikie Sherrill, United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby and JAG Physical Therapy CEO John Gallucci Jr.
Sherrill will deliver a keynote address on Tuesday afternoon. The appearance comes shortly after she proposed her first budget as governor, outlining her administration’s “Save You Time and Money” agenda and Day One executive orders aimed at streamlining government, reducing permitting barriers and making it easier to start and grow a business in New Jersey.
“I want to thank Gov. Sherrill for joining us at the ReNew Jersey Business Summit & Expo,” Bracken said. “Her administration’s commitment to strengthening New Jersey’s economy and enhancing our state’s competitiveness sends a strong and encouraging message to the business community. We look forward to hearing her vision for driving economic growth and expanding opportunity for employers and employees across the state.”
Kirby will participate in a featured fireside chat focused on the state of the economy, the aviation industry outlook and United Airlines’ long-term investment and job creation in New Jersey; while Gallucci will share his entrepreneurial journey building one of the region’s fastest-growing health care companies, along with leadership lessons and insights into operating in the state.
