In his first ad of the Democratic primary for New Jersey’s 12th congressional district, Squire Servance lets his daughters do the talking.
“Daddy wants to help families like ours,” Sydney and Ryan Servance say of their dad, an attorney from Pennington. “He’s not a politician – not yet. He’s gonna be. We’re proud of him.”
Servance is one of 12 Democrats seeking to succeed retiring Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-Ewing) in her Central Jersey district. His campaign said it is initially putting $20,000 to $30,000 behind the new ad.

Sydney and Ryan Servance (interspersed): “I’m Sydney! I’m Ryan! We love Mommy and Daddy, and Lola and Lolo. Mommy helps people stay healthy. Daddy helps make new medicine possible. My daddy’s name is Squire. He’s running for Congress. He’s really busy, but he still drops us off at school. Daddy wants to help families like ours. He’s not a politician – not yet. He’s gonna be. We’re proud of him.”
Squire Servance: “I’m Squire Servance. Send me to Congress, I’ll make you proud too.”
