Amtrak wire issues once again disrupt rail service out of New York Penn Station

For at least the second time this month, Amtrak overhead wire issues have disrupted rail service in and out of New York Penn Station.

NJ Transit rail service was subject to up to 45-minute delays into and out of Penn Station on Tuesday evening.
