7 Brew is supercharging its New Jersey footprint.
After signing lease agreements with Elmwood Park-based RIPCO Real Estate, the fast-growing drive-thru beverage concept expects to open soon at:
- Flemington – 132 Route 31, Raritan Square
- Newton – 21 Hampton House Road, Hampton Plaza
- Upper Saddle River – 207 Route 17
RIPCO was also involved with a 7 Brew that recently opened in Clark on Raritan Road, as well as a soon-to-launch site in West Haverstraw, N.Y.
Founded in 2017, 7 Brew offers a range of custom hand-crafted coffee, energy drinks, flavored sodas, smoothies, shakes and teas at its 770-plus spots nationwide. By the end of 2026, trade pub Restaurant Dive projects the brand to have more than 1,000 locations, based on current openings.
At 7 Brew, customers can select from more than 20,000 possible drink variations from the brand’s extensive list of flavored syrups, sweet sauces, milk alternatives and other ingredients.
Since making its New Jersey debut last year in Turnersville, the Blackstone-backed chain has added six more stands.

To support 7 Brew’s regional expansion efforts, RIPCO Vice President Jake Frantzman and Executive Vice President Jordan Cohn worked with the chain on securing prominent locations in high-traffic retail corridors.
Frantzman remarked, “7 Brew’s momentum has positioned it as one of the most closely watched concepts in the quick-service sector, driven by strong consumer demand for convenient, experience-oriented beverage offerings. These new locations represent another significant step in 7 Brew’s continued growth throughout the Northeast.”
He added, “The brand’s energetic customer experience and efficient drive-thru format have made it an exciting addition to high-traffic retail markets across the region.”
