(TOMS RIVER, NJ) — OCC Repertory Theatre Company presents Lerner & Loewe’s My Fair Lady across two weekends from July 10-19, 2026 at Grunin Center for the Arts. This is their award-winning story of a cockney flower girl transformed into an elegant lady, which is widely considered one of the greatest musicals of all time.
Eliza Doolittle is a young flower seller with an unmistakable Cockney accent, which keeps her in the lower rungs of Edwardian society. When Professor Henry Higgins tries to teach her how to speak like a proper lady, an unlikely friendship begins to flourish.
This classic features one of musical theatre’s greatest scores, including: “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly?,” “With a Little Bit of Luck,” “The Rain in Spain,” “I Could Have Danced All Night,” “On the Street Where You Live,” “Get Me to the Church on Time,” and “I’ve Grown Accustomed to Her Face.”
Performances take place Friday, July 10 at 7:00pm; Saturday, July 11 at 7:00pm; Sunday, July 12 at 1:00pm; Friday, July 17 at 7:00pm; Saturday, July 18 at 1:00pm & 7:00pm; and Sunday, July 19 at 1:00pm. Tickets are available for purchase online. Grunin Center for the Arts is located on the campus of Ocean County College (College Drive) in Toms River, New Jersey.
