Moon Sang-Min, Shin Shi-A, Lee Min-Jae, & Choi Hee-Jin are cast in Netflix drama series “No Crushing Allowed.” The original screenplay is scripted by Lee Na-Eun (“Melo Movie“) and directed by Lee Soo-Hyun (“Filing for Love“). The teen romantic-comedy will revolve around two rival schools (Jinwol Boys’ High School and Jinwol Girls’ High School) that share a single wall and also has a rule that bans dating between the students.
“No Crushing Allowed” will be available to stream sometime next year.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Jinwol Boys’ High School and Jinwol Girls’ High School are two separate high schools, but they share a single wall. Between the two rival schools, a local legend exists that crossing the wall comes with a steep price and a rule exists that anyone caught dating will be expelled.
Lee Chi-Won (Moon Sang-Min) is the student body president and a model student at Jinwol Boys’ High School. So Ran (Shin Shi-A) is the student council president at Jinwol Girls’ High School. She is beloved by everyone around her. So-Ran feels a sense of rivalry toward Lee Chi-Won and at the same time experiences a complex set of emotions about him. Around them are Gong Soo-Ho (Lee Min-Jae) and Kim Ri-Ji (Choi Hee-Jin). Gong Soo-Ho and Kim Ri-Ji insert themselves between Lee Chi-Won and So Ran for different reasons.
