Jung Hae-In and Shin Se-Kyung are cast in TVING drama series “Love Virus.” Drama series will be co-directed by Kim Suk-Yoon (“My Liberation Notes“) and co-scripted by Choi Soo-Young (“Love to Hate You“). “Love Virus” is squarely a romance drama about two people in a long term relationship and are each other’s first loves. They make the decision to take a break from other and date other people, before making a decision about marriage.
“Love Virus” will be available to stream sometime next year in South Korea.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Ha Do-Woon (Jung Hae-In) and Kang Chae-Rin (Shin Se-Kyung), who are each other’s first love, have dated for nine years. Ha Do-Woon is a successful lawyer, who has everything including a wealthy family, good looks, and athletic ability. His girlfriend is Kang Chae-Rin and she is equally accomplished. She is a successful dentist with a beautiful appearance. They live a life that is envied by others, but, while they seem to be a perfect match, they make an unexpected decision prior to making a decision about marriage. They decide that they will take a “break” from each other and can freely date other people. This is to allow them to preemptively avoid any future problems in their relationship caused by curiosity or lingering what ifs regarding other people.
