Marella, a contemporary Italian fashion brand owned by the Max Mara Fashion Group, has opened its first standalone store in London at 8 Marylebone High Street.
The 1,410-square-foot boutique has been designed to reflect the brand’s modern Italian aesthetic, combining clean architectural lines with softer, understated elements.
The interior incorporates mirrored and polished surfaces, alongside a layout intended to create an open and accessible shopping environment.
A neutral colour palette, inspired by a range of skin tones, is used throughout the space. Marella’s signature shade, Nude Pink, features prominently as a central design element.
Alongside the clothing range, which is currently showcasing the brand’s spring/summer collection, the store includes dedicated areas for accessories such as bags, shoes and sunglasses, as well as integrated digital features intended to enhance the customer experience.
The opening represents a prominent step in Marella’s international expansion. The brand currently operates more than 200 standalone stores and is stocked in over 1,400 multi-brand locations worldwide.
Other recent expansion efforts have included new openings in cities such as Paris and Munich.
Marella’s collections are also available through its website and selected UK retailers, including Harrods, Harvey Nichols and John Lewis.
