Bills quarterback Josh Allen shared details about the procedure he underwent this week for a foot injury.
During head coach Joe Brady’s introductory press conference on Thursday, Allen revealed that he broke a bone in his foot.
Allen, who showed up to the press conference in a walking boot, said he underwent a procedure on Monday to clean up the fifth-metatarsal avulsion. The recovery time is 8-10 weeks.
This season, Allen passed for 3,668 yards and 25 touchdowns with 10 interceptions.
“If we had a game this week, I would be playing this week,” Allen said, via Jeremy Bergman of Around the NFL.
