In an October 21, 2025 statement regarding the departure of former Senior Political Correspondent David Cruz, the WNET Group announced it would undertake a review of Mr. Cruz’s programs and news reports. That review has been completed, and it has been determined that Mr. Cruz’s programs and reports demonstrated no personal bias and, in fact, met our journalistic standards. We thank him for his contributions to this organization.
