Where and when to watch Mikie Sherrill budget address

Gov. Mikie Sherrill on Tuesday is set to introduce her first spending plan for the fiscal year that starts on July 1. Expect her to address what New Jersey will do to resolve a $3 billion gap between projected spending and revenue.
