Man performed a ‘lewd act’ in front of a woman on an NJ Transit bus, cops say

Police have arrested a man accused of performing a lewd act while on an NJ Transit bus in Bergen County.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 1, in the borough of Carlstadt. A woman on board the bus reported to the driver that a man was engaged in a lewd act while making eye contact with her, the Carlstadt Police Department said in a statement on Friday.
