Freeze watch affecting 4 N.J. counties Tuesday

The National Weather Service issued a freeze watch at 2:19 a.m. on Sunday valid for Tuesday between midnight and 9 a.m. for Passaic, Bergen, Essex and Union counties.

The weather service informs, “Sub-freezing temperatures below 32 degrees possible.”
