A Jersey City man has been arrested for allegedly fatally shooting another resident early Wednesday.
Officers were called to the area of Fulton Avenue and Bayside Place at 12:50 a.m. and found 47-year-old Leighton Brown with a gunshot wound, according to a statement from the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office. Brown was taken to Jersey City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead several hours later.
