Reminiscent of her goth days, Kelly Osbourne graced the red carpet in an all-black ensemble for the This Is Icon Awards 2026, held on Sept. 19, 2026, in London.
The event, held during London Fashion Week, includes a runway show and an award ceremony that aims to honor celebrities, creatives, and industry leaders who have made a major impact in their field. Osbourne was the recipient of this year’s This Is Icon award. The reality television star dressed in a form-fitted lace dress featuring capped sleeves and a collared neckline in crisp white that contrasted with the black lace fabric.

The garment was sheer in places, while others were more opaque, as is the nature of most lace fabrics. To offer Osbourne more coverage, it appeared that a slip or an undergarment of some sort was layered beneath her dress, making the lace fabric appear more opaque.
That sharp, collared neckline, vaguely reminiscent of menswear or suiting, was fastened with a small bow that added a feminine touch. A row of decorative buttons sat beneath the collar. Osbourne’s dress was belted, creating a more cinched silhouette. The look was gothic but sharp, leaning into a sort of vampy but feminine aesthetic rather than something that was true grunge.

Paired with her lace ensemble, the fashion designer donned a pair of sharp black pumps with angular pointed toes and glossy leather uppers. To match her footwear and lace dress, Osbourne toted a black Christian Dior clutch also in black. The bag was rectangular with gold CD hardware affixed to the front flap and a short strap attached to the top.
Like her look, Osbourne’s makeup was also quite gothic, living primarily in neutral tones. Her lids were washed with brown and taupe hues, creating a smokey eye, while her lips were lined in that same brown and punctuated with nude in the center for contrast. Osbourne’s tresses were slicked to one side.

“The Osbournes” star has worn all-lace ensembles in this fashion before, often featuring suiting-esque accents that give the garment a sharp, tailored quality. At a dinner party with friends in London on Aug. 27, Osbourne wore a vampy burgundy dress, also made of a sheer lace fabric. The vampy all-burgundy ensemble was playfully textural and was styled with burgundy tights and a bold burgundy red lip.
