George Gabriel Ventura tallied 23 points, six rebounds and three assists for Morristown-Beard in its 63-47 victory against West Orange in the Slow-Mo Showcase held at Weequahic High School in Newark.
Leading 31-22, Morristown-Beard (9-3) used a 12-11 third quarter to extend its lead to 43-33.
Braelen Blackmon scored 15 points for Morristown-Beard, totaled three assists and had four steals. MJ Jarrell had 14 points, six rebounds and six assists.
Jaden Then led West Orange (6-6) with 20 points, nine rebounds and four assists. Max Bleecker tallied 11 points with three rebounds.
