N.J. teen, Philly man left victim unconscious in Jersey Shore assault, cops say

A teen and a 20-year-old man have been arrested for an assault near a Jersey Shore beach that left a victim unconscious.

Alpacino Carrero, 20, of Philadelphia, and a 17-year-old boy from West Wildwood were both taken into custody on Monday, the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office said in a Wednesday statement.
