SoHo Playhouse presents the U.S. premiere of “Why I Stuck a Flare Up My Arse for England”

(NEW YORK, NY) — Direct from London’s West End, SoHo Playhouse presents the U.S. premiere of Why I Stuck a Flare Up My Arse for England, written and performed by Alex Hill, and directed by Sean Turner, running July 8 – 18, 2026 in a limited engagement at SoHo Playhouse, located at 15 Vandam Street in New York City. Opening night is July 9.

Christone “Kingfish” Ingram to Headline 2026 Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) — Christone “Kingfish” Ingram has been announced as the headliner for the 2026 Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival. The free festival will be held on Saturday, August 15th on the Green. The music begins at noon and runs until 10:00pm. The lineup also includes James Langton New York All-Star Big Band, Richard Baratta Gotham City Latin/Jazz Septet, LaBamba and the Hubcaps, and Dylan Triplett.

MonmouthNJ 250: Little Steven’s Concert at ParkStage Rescheduled for July 17th

(FREEHOLD, NJ) — Due to dangerously high temperatures forecasted for the holiday weekend, the MonmouthNJ 250: The Concert at ParkStage, scheduled for Friday, July 3, featuring Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul, has been rescheduled for Friday, July 17, 2026 at 5:00pm. Monmouth County officials, the Count Basie Center for the Arts and Steven Van Zandt jointly agreed that postponing this show was in the best interest for the safety of the audience.
