A grand jury has indicted two 19-year-olds on charges of inciting a riot after they promoted a pop-up party last summer that drew hundreds and ended with someone wounded by gunfire in Gloucester County.
Glassboro Police responded to Rowan Boulevard on June 29, 2025, for reports of various incidents, including armed robbery, a shooting, a stolen vehicle, burglary, fights and noise complaints, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office.
