Grandmother struck, killed by SUV just celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary last month

Fort Lee police have identified the 78-year-old pedestrian who died of her injuries a day after being struck by an SUV.

An SUV traveling south on Anderson Avenue struck Rosina Borrello at 2:11 p.m. on May 5, Fort Lee police said. She was in the crosswalk at the intersection of Plateau Avenue when she was hit.
