Country star Zach Bryan has reportedly forked over $18.25 million for a sprawling estate in Franklin, TN—months after tying the knot with Samantha Leonard.
Bryan, 30—who said “I do” in late 2025 following his highly publicized and tumultuous romance with influencer Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia—picked up the palatial property earlier this year, according to TMZ.
Reportedly set on 40 acres, the estate offers plenty of privacy for the musician and his new wife, along with an impressive space for Bryan to work on his music in the comfort of his home.
The main residence spans 5,035 square feet and features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a wraparound porch with unencumbered views of the surrounding Tennessee hills.
The expansive grounds are outfitted with two ponds, lush gardens, and walking trails, as well as a resort-style swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen.
However, one of the property’s most impressive features is an enormous 5,300-square-foot barn.
Far from a traditional agricultural structure, the barn has been transformed into an entertainment and creative hub, complete with a grand bar, video wall, fireplaces, a game room, gym, and catering kitchen.
There are also two bedroom suites and a two-car garage.
Perhaps most fittingly for its Grammy-winning new owner, the barn boasts a massive recording studio, allowing Bryan to work on new music just steps from his home.
News of the singer’s splashy purchase comes months after he and Leonard got married in Spain in late 2025.
The pair were first romantically linked in summer 2025. Their marriage marked a new chapter for Bryan after his messy and very public breakup with LaPaglia, who previously claimed that she had been offered millions of dollars—and, at one point, Bryan’s Massachusetts home—in exchange for remaining silent about their relationship.
In July 2025, the former couple’s breakup once again spilled into the public eye when Bryan shared screenshots of messages he claimed LaPaglia had sent after their romance ended.
One screenshot appeared to show a lengthy message from LaPaglia reflecting on her feelings about their 2024 split. In it, she said she would “never forget the love” she once felt for Bryan and insisted that she had never been interested in his “lifestyle or money.”
She also wrote that she believed she “deserved a goodbye” and asked Bryan to take care of their shared cat, Stump, and give his dog, Jack, a hug on her behalf.
Bryan also posted a screenshot of another message that appeared to have been sent by LaPaglia to a third party and outlined several alleged “options” available to her in the aftermath of the breakup.
One purported option involved taking a $12 million payment to stay publicly silent about the split. Another was accepting Bryan’s Duxbury home in exchange for dropping allegations about their relationship. The final option was a “messy war,” where LaPaglia would go public with her experiences.
Bryan quickly deleted the screenshots, but LaPaglia responded with several posts of her own, including what she claimed was a message from Bryan’s manager detailing potential terms of an NDA.
According to the screenshot she shared, one proposed deal involved Bryan’s “Duxbury house + 3 million,” while another involved a $10 million cash payment.
LaPaglia later insisted that she had “not told one lie ever” about her relationship with Bryan and claimed that she had ultimately turned down an offer worth $12.9 million.
At the time of their breakup, LaPaglia had been living in Bryan’s $7.45 million Massachusetts mansion, which the singer purchased in April 2024.
By November of that year, a moving truck had been spotted outside the property, and LaPaglia later revealed that she had moved out and was searching for a place of her own in New York City—a process she documented on TikTok.
The Duxbury Bay mansion is believed to be the property referenced in one of the alleged post-breakup offers.
The waterfront residence boasts sweeping views of the bay, along with a private boathouse and pier.
Inside, it has five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, as well as an expanded living space with a fireplace and a spacious kitchen.
Before Bryan purchased the property, it had spent nearly a year on the market and was listed for $8.9 million in August 2023.
Bryan owns another property nearby, according to records, which show that a second Duxbury home was purchased for $1.4 million in August 2024 through the same LLC used for the waterfront estate. Bryan is listed as a manager of the LLC.
That residence sits closer to the center of town, roughly a four-minute drive from the Duxbury Bay mansion. Built in 1910, the property features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
